Zucchini corba
I took the recipe from my aunt a couple of years ago, so if there is a similar one or the same, I apologize in advance! () I didn't steal it but my aunt :))) Corbica is more than great! To all zucchini lovers it is from
Preparation steps
- Peel a squash and cut it into cubes, and grate the carrot into small pieces.
- Put zucchini and carrot in 1l of water and when it boils, add the soup and sugar cube.
- For some 10-15 minutes (when the zucchini soften) add a little flour whipped in a little cold water. And cook for another 10 minutes.
- If you wish, you can add more flour to those who like goose, or if you like clear, don't add flour!
Serving
Serve with yogurt, sour cream, circus ... or without anything like me!
