Zucchini and feta cheese waffle
I'm a big fan of zucchini, so I already have some of my recipes here with zucchini feta cheese and feta cheese .. I know this combination is great .. I've tried some other waffles with zucchini before and they were great .. but these are great .. no fat just cheese and so wonderful soft .. Not much flour goes into them ..
Preparation steps
- Grate zucchini (I usually peel but I can also use the rind if they are fine homemade or fine rind) on the other side of the currants such as grated apples for strudel .. Add eggs, a little mashed feta cheese and young cheese and mix .. add flour with powder for pastries .. and equalize everything.The mixture is quite thick .. Unfortunately I did not paint .. Heat the waffle maker..I put a little oil on the first and pour a tablespoon two and bake for a couple of minutes 2-3 minutes ..
- Serve waffles with young cheese, cherry tomatoes or a similar dip .. They fit me perfectly with a medina dip ..
- I made it as a half measure .. I had some two small zucchini and I added two eggs ..
