Preparation steps

  • Wash the zucchini, peel and cut with the help of currants and squeeze the juice from the grated zucchini. 2. Peel a carrot and cut it into currants. 3. Chop the onion. 4. Finely chop the garlic. 5. In a bowl, place the grated zucchini, carrots, onions, garlic, 1 egg, and salt and add the crumbs as needed. 6. Mix everything nicely and shape into meatballs. 7. Put a little olive oil in the pan and place the meatballs one by one, bake for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
