Preparation steps
- Mix milk with eggs, sugar and both types of flour (can only be made with smooth flour)
- Pour the mixture into a large baking tray lined with baking paper. Mix yogurt and sour cream and pour over the zlevanka (you can only sour cream, if you use homemade, which is very thick, dilute it with a little milk). Put the oven at 200 degrees around 35 minutes.
- Chilled, cut into cubes and serve. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
- Replace the part with corn flour with buckwheat and you get buckwheat zlevanjka.
