ZKS with spinach
Spinach contains probably the most chlorophyll of all leafy vegetables. Of the vitamins it contains a lot of vitamin C and carotene, almost all B vitamins and niacin. Of the minerals there is potassium, calcium, magnesium, sodium, phosphorus and iron, as well as a number of trace elements such as manganese copper, zinc, cobalt, fluorine and iodine. Due to the content of oxalic, uric and puric acid, it should be avoided by people suffering from gout, arthritis, rheumatism and gallstones as well as kidney stones.
Preparation steps
- Clean and wash the spinach and carrots.
- Peel a banana.
- Put everything in a blender and pour water. (Optionally add cinnamon on top of knife)
- Mix 2 min.
- Serve in glasses and garnish with lemon.
