Jujube brandy

It's been a long time since I've received a bag of jujube as a gift. They say it is the most expensive fruit in us. But what about them? They are not really something for me to eat, although they say that they are very healthy for the stomach. I decided to make brandy. I haven’t found many of the recipes on the net except that they go well with lemon, orange and vanilla. But I didn't find the amount of ingredients anywhere. I experimented so little. Today we started it mine were thrilled. And I'm giving you this recipe, so use it when the season comes.

Jujube jam

Since they are now ripe and delicious, I decided to make jam and found the recipe on the net. I can tell you that it turned out fine and 2 slightly smaller jars came out of this amount (not the ones of 700 g but half less). This is a bit unusual. and I write the recipe if anyone is interested ...
