Preparation steps
- Add yeast, sugar and salt to the warm milk and let it rise. Add egg yolk and flour and knead the dough. Leave for 30 minutes to double.
- Roll out the dough into a large rectangle and grate the whole margarine (from the fridge).
- Fold the left third of the dough towards the middle, the right one as well, then the lower and upper one. Spread with a rolling pin and roll the dough once more.
- Cut into small cubes 3 × 3cm and arrange in a greased pan. Coat with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 200 degrees until golden brown.
