Mushrooms are healthy, they are not expensive, they are quick to prepare and they eat even faster. Here’s one nice combination that came to my mind the other day.

Preparation steps

  • Boil the porridge in 3 dl of water, in which you have previously added a little butter, salt and pepper. Let them cook a little thicker, then finally stir in the gouda cheese to combine even better. Pour them into an oiled small mold. Literally any bowl or casserole can serve you for this. Let cool.
  • While the mash is cooling, fry the smoked seitan (and those who eat bacon - clearly, let them fry the bacon) in a mixture of sunflower and olive oil. Add sliced ​​leeks, nutmeg and salt, then simmer briefly.
  • Turn the mash out of the mold, then cut into slices. Arrange leeks and seitan over them. bacon. I put young cheese on it and it fit great, and the boiled eggs weren’t a bad combination either. Well, that would be all. As you can see - very easy to make, very easy on the stomach.
