Zerbo cake
My favorite cake. Sweet, tasty and creamy ....
Preparation steps
- Whisk 6 egg whites with 10 tablespoons of sugar, add 5 tablespoons of ground walnuts, 3 tablespoons of chopped walnuts and 1 tablespoon of flour. Pour into a greased pan and bake the crust. So bake 3 crusts.
- 1st filling: the sugar is melted to be brown, add margarine and quickly coat all three crusts.
- 2nd filling: melt the chocolate with a little margarine and spread over the sugar, leave the chocolate to set nicely.
- Cook 18 egg yolks with 0.5 kg on steam, when cooled add 2 margarines and mix well with a mixer. Spread the filling over all three crusts. Decorate the cake with icing or as desired. I decorated it with fondant mass.
