Zerbo cake

Recipes as much as you want and they all differ in small things, so it's not bad to post recipes and even try something new. This cake has no need to praise the taste is fantastic and the longer it stands the better so please try it

Preparation steps

  • Put the yeast and 1 teaspoon of sugar in lukewarm milk and leave it to rise. Whisk the butter, margarine and the remaining sugar until foamy, then add flour and you will get a crumbly dough.
  • Add egg, yeast, pastry and vanilla and knead the dough.
  • Divide the dough into three parts. Coat the pan with margarine. Roll out the first part in the size of a baking sheet (40 x 26) between two stretch foils and place in the pan. Top with a fork and spread marmalade and sprinkle with 100 gr. sugar and 100 gr. ground walnuts.
  • Do the same with the other test and filling. Bake the cake for 30 minutes. at 190 degrees.
  • Cool the finished cake after 30 min. top with steamed chocolate. So after two hours you can cut the stake.
