Since today was Labor Day, we all gathered at home, on this occasion, and these buns that were perfect and delicious, so I hope you will like it :-)

Preparation steps

  • Put the yeast in the milk with a teaspoon of sugar. Then knead a medium hard dough with the yeast. Leave the dough to rise.
  • Divide the dough into ten parts, and arrange the balls nicely from each part. Arrange the balls in a greased pan with oil and sprinkle with flour. Coat the buns well with yoghurt, because that is why they are so soft and have no crust. Sprinkle them with sesame or some other seeds. let them rise well again. The grill of the stove is medium. Bake them at 250 degrees until golden brown. PLEASANT!
