As a child, I was always at the table where my grandmother, after my mother, made pie. I would get some dough and a handle of a broken wooden spoon for "sukalo" to play a little, watch more. I made my first pie only after marriage. My husband in the hall told my mom, "Nothing, your daughter makes a better pie than you." I think that was the biggest compliment to my mom! I know there are a lot of ways to make a pie. , almost every family has its own…

Especially for Biljkupinovo… an old, ancient way of making pies in Macedonia. I personally make it for the first time, but when I asked about the method of preparation, I got a lot of answers in the sense: "my grandmother made it this way, and mine like this… !!!" I was thrilled :)))))))

The other day I watched on TV preparing the pie "Kumanovski zeljanik" and I liked the way of stacking the crust - noodles, but the filling was made of fried fresh cabbage and I'm not a fan of that filling. cheese and leek. Since I'm not good enough at making noodles, I stretched them a bit and it turned out great. The pie can be made only with cheese - at will.
