Stacked vegetables in a round tray.
Preparation steps
- In a bowl, mix the cut spinach that you previously washed and drained with quark, sour cream, feta cheese, eggs and salt to taste.
- Spread the noodles and cut a little bigger than the round tray in which you will put the pie.
- Oil the baking tray and put one noodle first, which you oil a little again and put another noodle.
- Then put about 5 tablespoons of the mixture evenly distributed.
- Arrange two noodles, each of which you coat with oil and then the filling, until the filling disappears, making sure that at the end the final part goes with three noodles that we cut. Of course, we also coat these three noodles with oil.
- Bake in a preheated oven in hot air at 180 degrees so that the vegetables are baked and get a golden yellow color. For me, it's about twenty minutes and you adjust the time to your oven. My oven is smaller in volume than standard, so it bakes faster.
- Remove the roasted vegetables from the oven and keep covered with a napkin for ten minutes. Enjoy.
