I know that breading is caloric and unhealthy, but at least pretzels can be made from healthy ingredients :)
Preparation steps
- 1. Crush all types of old bread well with your hands into as small pieces as possible, spread on a larger tray and leave at room temperature for 2-3 days to dry. 2. Thus prepared, place in a chopper or meat grinder and grind as finely as possible. 3. Oatmeal also grind (I like a little coarser). 4. Mix everything well.
Serving
Use all kinds of meat and vegetables with these pretzels.
