Yugoslav cake

Sometimes a little thing is enough to remind you of some ancient, past times .... This cake reminded me of 7th grade, when I tried this with my cousin and I considered it the best cake ever ..... It was my first which I baked myself .... and now he took me to some old, better times ... !!!!

Preparation steps

  • Separate the egg yolks and egg whites. Make snow from the egg whites. Mix the egg yolks with sugar, vanilla sugar, oil and water, then add flour mixed with baking powder. Finally, mix the egg whites with a wooden spoon. Bake the biscuit in 180 degrees. paper (about 40 * 30 cm).
  • Peel the apples and cut them into slices, then put them to boil with sugar and water. Boil the pudding mixed in a little water with sugar. Pour the cooked cream with the pudding and apples while still hot onto the biscuit. When the cake has cooled, decorate it with whipped cream.
