Preparation steps
- Fry the rice in a heated dry pan, stirring, until white. Pour in the water, add the minced meat cube, let it boil for 2-3 minutes, cover, turn off the heat and let the grains absorb all the liquid on the turned off hob, about 20 minutes. Fry the bacon in the heated fat, add the glazed onion, paprika, garlic, sausage rings, peas and finally the young cabbage. Season with chopped meat cube, pepper, hot crushed paprika, stir a couple of times and when the cabbage is wilted and the peas soften, check the taste and remove from the heat.
