Yogurt muffins with ajvar and trappist
I love ajvar, I love muffins, I love everything that is made quickly and eaten even faster :)
Preparation steps
- Put eggs, salt and spice in a bowl. Whisk briefly with a mixer. Sift flour with baking powder and add a few tablespoons to eggs - whisk briefly. Continue whipping with alternating addition of flour, yogurt and oil. Finally, stir in the ajvar.
- When everything is nicely combined, arrange the mixture in muffin tins (12 pieces), sprinkle Trappist cubes on top and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 10 minutes. Turn off the oven and leave the muffins in the oven for another 5 minutes.
- Take the muffins out of the mold, cool and serve with a glass of yogurt or your favorite salad.
