Yoghi Fruits
,, my dears! here I am..my computer got a "virus" - so it was at the doctor's: o)) ,, I owe you three prescriptions ,, so let's go in order!
Preparation steps
- Mix the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Slowly add all the other ingredients and finally add the solid egg whites.
- Pour the mixture into a greased and semolina-sprinkled pan, arrange the cherries in the mixture
- and gently shake the baking sheet to make the cherries sink lightly into the dough.
- Bake at 180 c.about30 min.
- When it has cooled down a bit, sprinkle it well with ground sugar and vanilla.
Serving
,, instead of shaking - hanging, you can put another seasonal fruit ,, but then let the fruit yogurt be from the fruit you put in the dough.-biscuit!
