Preparation steps

  • Work out the butter and sugar, then add the walnuts and flour and finally whisk the egg whites to get an equal mass.
  • Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar. Put the crust to bake at 150-175 degrees for about 30 minutes. then remove and coat with beaten egg yolk and return to dry for another 20 mon.
  • Work off the butter and powdered sugar, soak the walnuts in hot milk and then combine with the butter. When the cake has cooled, coat it with this second filling and sprinkle with ground walnuts.
