Preparation steps
- Melt the butter in a pan, over a low heat. Add a little oil, rice and thickener, and mix everything well. Then pour the milk, stirring all the time. Cook until the rice is done. Just before the end, add sugar and vanilla sugar. Remove from the heat and stir for a few more minutes.
- Cool, then pour into glasses!
- Cool well, then serve! To taste, you can add a few drops of rose water to the dessert or sprinkle with cinnamon or coconut flour ...
