Preparation steps

  • Divide the dough into 10 noodles, roll out each noodle with a rolling pin, put the sausage in the middle and roll it up. Cut each roll crosswise in several places.
  • Push each notched part one to the right, one to the left and so on alternately.
  • Coat each roll with beaten egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds and sprinkle with oregano, put some ketchup on the sausage.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 250c until golden brown, reduce as needed.
