Winegar sauce
At the persistent insistence: DDD I had to put this recipe. Probably we all have our own gyre with sauces, but this one is special to me. I hope it will be the same for you as it is for me
Preparation steps
- Mix all the ingredients for the sauce in one bowl to combine well. Try it, and if necessary add salt to your taste, or whatever you think is missing. Add the washed and dried chicken to the sauce and let it stand for a couple of hours in the fridge or overnight. Simmer over low heat until the meat is cooked through and the water evaporates to obtain a slightly thick sauce and a yellowish color of the meat.
Serving
Along with baking, you can serve any kind of side dish, chard for me, but it goes very well with rice or even homemade noodles.
