Wild oregano tea

I found wild oregano tea (lat. Origanum vulgarum) in the untouched mountains of Herzegovina. They say that it just grows in clean places and that it has been known in medicine for thousands of years. They call it "a cure for everything" because it has an exceptional effect, even stronger than some antibiotics. It is purple in color, while the flowers are still fresh, they go to lilac. It is especially known for strengthening immunity, for respiratory and digestive organs. I learn from several sources that it cures Escherichia coli very well, even when antibiotics do not help. It has a wonderful taste reminiscent of the smell of walking in the mountains, perhaps most similar to thyme ... yet special ... I drink it for immunity and since I drink it everything has started to get better ... whether it is from that or not, it is worth trying ...

Preparation steps

  • Pour 1 kk of wild oregano tea with 200 ml of hot water and let it stand for about half an hour. Strain and drink half an hour before a meal, maybe twice a day. The recipe was given to me by a man who collects herbs in Herzegovina.
