Wild cabbage

In Dalmatia it is so called because it grows in the fields. I pick some plants myself and I am still learning what can be harvested, talking to the grandmothers who sell these greens at the market. I bought this for today's lunch from my grandmother and it was wonderful. time to capture extra healthy vitamins from this kind of cabbage before the long winter.

Preparation steps

  • Boil the potatoes in salted water, when it is ready, add the greens and boil briefly. Drain and pour well with olive oil. Serve as desired with a poached egg, frigano or only with cheese as in the picture. Two types of cheese hard and soft with cream.
  • This is how my granddaughter enjoys trying to try everything.
