Wiener-wurstchen goulash by slavi69
Another recipe from our dear Slavica. I often make it for my daughter because she loves this dish very much.
Preparation steps
- It’s not originally rewritten Slavic’s recipe because I lost it. I cook this from memory. Add salted water to cook the pasta. Fry the finely chopped red onion (add a little salt to make it fry faster) in the heated fat / oil until golden. Add finely chopped garlic. Cut the hot dogs into rings and add to the onion. Fry them briefly, cover with a little water, season - salt, pepper, and a little sweet ground pepper. Simmer for about 5-10 minutes. Try the taste, add spices if desired. Finally, stir in the sour cream (previously stir it in a cup to break up lumps). When the water boils, cook the pasta, strain, pour and mix well so as not to paste.Sometimes I add a handful of peas. Then I don't need pasta, just a slice of fine, homemade bread. I cook the dough I currently have, most often homemade wide noodles. Serve with a seasonal salad.
