White steak in millet

It is interesting to know that millet flour does not burn when you fry it. That's why I always eat millet.

Preparation steps

  • Cut the meat to the desired thickness and beat a little to soften it
  • Season it with and pepper.
  • Dip the flour into both sides in December and bake on very little fat in the pan.
  • Fry the onion in a little fat, add the frozen peas (maybe a little water) and simmer until soft.
  • Towards the end, add the spices and simmer for a while.
