White lemon bajadera
When it comes to cakes, I usually prepare those cakes in which the main ingredients are nuts or powdered milk because I adore them. This is one of the cakes that I always succeed in, it is very decorative, rich and tasty and it is dominated by the taste of powdered milk ...
Preparation steps
- Sprinkle with 250 grams of sugar and 1 dl of water, then add 150 grams of margarine to the mixture and remove the mixture from the heat and stir until the margarine melts, then add about 400 grams of ground biscuits and the juice of one lemon to this mixture. The mixture should be of the same density as when preparing the bajadera. then spread the mixture evenly on an elongated tray so that it is about 1 cm thick or slightly thinner. Cool the mixture.
- Melt 100 grams of dark cooking chocolate with 4 tablespoons of oil and pour over the biscuit mixture. Then let the chocolate cool well and set.
- Spin 400 grams of sugar and 1 dl of water so that it boils for about 7 minutes, then remove the mixture from the stove and add 150 grams of margarine and 100 grams of melted white chocolate, stirring with a mixer until the margarine melts and the mixture becomes frothy, then immediately add powdered milk and water make sure you always have a little more milk on hand because sometimes you need a little more or a little less milk. The milk is prepared when it begins to slowly separate from the edges of the bowl in which you are stirring. Immediately pour the milk over the squeezed dark chocolate and leave it to cool overnight.
