Whey rolls
You always say "recipes like this are never enough". Try making these rolls and you will say "rolls like this are never enough".
Preparation steps
- Melt the yeast in a cup of lukewarm whey, put a little sugar and flour and let it rise. In a deep bowl pour the rest of the whey, one teaspoon of salt, one cup of oil, two tablespoons of sugar, a kilo of flour and knead with yeast. Cover and leave the dough to rest for 20 minutes. When the dough has arrived, divide it into 10 equal balls and let them rise. (about 1 hour). Then mix each ball 3 times and separate five balls. Divide each into a circle (about 20 cm). and grate margarine and stack one on top of the other. The surface of the heel remains empty. Repeat the procedure with the other five balls. Then develop two large round crusts and cut each into 16 equal parts. .Before baking the roll, coat it with oil and sprinkle with coarse salt, cumin and sesame seeds.
