Wedding anniversary cake
For the 29th wedding anniversary !!!! The cake was created with a combination of recipe and good will .... and a lot of love for sure!
Preparation steps
- From the prepared mixture we bake two crusts {26cm} with me they are 24 and 26cm to fit in the oven at once. Whisk the egg whites with sugar, add 2 egg yolks and prepared dry ingredients - ground walnuts, flour and baking powder. Mix with a spoon to make the ingredients unite and then bake in molds lined with baking paper, bake for about 15 minutes at 180c. Place the baked crusts on a kitchen towel.
- filling: In a bowl with egg yolks add 1 whole egg, add sugar, steam and stir at the same time with a mixer. When the sugar melts and the cream gets thick, remove the bowl from the side, add the broken chocolate and mix to combine. and margarine and then combine with the cooled cream, finally add ground walnuts {walnuts have a stronger smell if you bake them in the oven beforehand}
- Whip: Whip the whipped cream with cold milk.
- We put cherries from the freezer to drain. I only had 250g of cherries so I also used 100g of sweet cherries.
- Stacking the cake: Put the first crust on the tray, coat 1/2 of the filling, put 1/2 of the drained cherries and some sweet cherries over the filling, put 1/2 of the whipped icing on the cherries, the second crust goes over the icing and everything repeats.
- I decorated the whole cake with whipped vanilla cream.
Serving
The cake is very tasty, creamy and has a sweet and sour taste, and the smell of walnuts is most noticeable. It is served chilled! Good appetite !
