Preparation steps
- Mix sliced and pitted watermelon with some sugar.
- Finely chop and add the remaining sugar and ice cream.
- Pour well-chilled milk and rum into the resulting mixture.
- Continue to mix the mixture to make it thick and frothy.
- Divide into well-chilled cups, and garnish each with whipped cream if desired.
Serving
... you can also work with a melon!
