Walnut-horns

Preparation steps
- Margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs, beat well. Add walnuts, flour, with baking powder, a little salt and the rind of half a lemon.
- Knead a light and compact dough. Keep it cool for about 20 minutes. From the mixture, make (shape), dewdrops the size you want.
- Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 190C for about 15 minutes. BE CAREFUL that they do not overcook. Roll the roasted walnuts in powdered sugar mixed with a bag of vanilla sugar or bourbon vanilla.
Serving
Keep them chilled in tin boxes, as this will keep them crisp and fresh.
