Walnut and plum baklava

One of my favorite baklava ...

Preparation steps

  • Grind walnuts, chop plums, melt butter. Put 4 noodles on the bottom, each coated with butter and then sprinkle with half the filling. Put 4 noodles again, coating each one separately and sprinkle again with the other half of the filling. Finally, cover with the remaining 4 noodles, coating with butter, then coat once more before baking. Cut the baklava and bake it at 375 F until golden brown (15 minutes and then at 300 F for another half an hour). Boil orange juice with sugar and lemon until you get a thick syrup. Pour hot bay over hot baklava.
