Von ton triangles

Crispy triangles with a fine filling that you can't resist… :)

Preparation steps

  • Make the dough as for noodles and let it stand for about 20 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, prepare the filling: fry the finely chopped onion and bacon cubes in oil, add the minced meat and sauté everything together.
  • If desired, add a little chopped pepper and spices to taste.
  • Develop a thin crust, cut into squares of 7 × 7 cm, and put a little stuffing on each.
  • Coat the edges of the dough with egg white, fold diagonally and press the edges with a fork, as in the picture.
  • Fry briefly in deep oil, but make sure that the light colors remain, take it out on kitchen paper.
  • Serve warm but fine and when cool, cut.

Serving

You can also bend the tersto in another way, folding it like rolls, with the ends bent inwards. For the filling, other ingredients can be combined as desired: chicken, shrimp, mushrooms, carrots, cabbage… from everything little by little, or all together. :)
