This Vitamin Bomb-Salad is very healthy and nutritious, it is especially good for improving the blood picture.

Preparation steps

  • First grate the apple on the smallest grater, then squeeze the lemon and pour the juice over the grated apple. The apple knows how to change color, so the first grater is topped with lemon juice.
  • Then grate the other ingredients - beetroot, horseradish and carrots. If you don't have horseradish root, you can use the ready-made one already made from a jar. But not the one with the addition of mayonnaise or something else. Mix all the ingredients well.
  • This salad is very healthy and nutritious and is also a good cholesterol scavenger. One note, people who have kidney problems or have calculus should be careful with this salad or if possible not to eat it.
