Preparation steps

  • Knead the dough from flour, margarine, yogurt, sour cream, baking powder and salt, then wrap it in foil and leave it in the fridge for 2 hours.
  • While the dough rests, roll out the sausages. Divide the dough into 2 parts, spread each part to a length of 2.5 sausages. Coat each half of the dough with 2 tablespoons of sour cream, sprinkle with a tablespoon of sesame seeds and 2 tablespoons of grated cheese. Spread 2.5 sausages over each half of the dough and roll into a roll. Cut the roll into pieces of about 5 cm, place them in a baking tray lined with baking paper. Coat the rolls with beaten egg and bake in a preheated oven.
