Violet liqueur
I note that I have not tried this recipe. I found it on the internet, and since the time is approaching when the violets are blooming, I wanted to share it with you. I will definitely make this liqueur and then I will share my impressions with you.
Preparation steps
- Pour 10 tablespoons of fresh violet flowers with 1 liter of vodka, close the jar and keep in a warm place for a month. Stir occasionally.
- After a month, cook sugar syrup with 3 dl of water and 300 g of sugar. Cool the syrup. Strain the violets and mix the sugar syrup into the strained vodka. leave for another month to give the liqueur an even better taste.
