Violet fruit sauce

I got this recipe from Violeta via PP and finally tried it yesterday… the sauce delighted me .. one change I made was that I added 2 rows of white Lindth chocolate… And don't blame me .. I didn't weigh anything..I already grabbed the fruit with my hand from the bag… :) I put each fruit in my bag…: D

Preparation steps

  • Mix all fruits (fresh or frozen) with sugar and vanilla sugar and bring the mixture to a boil.
  • If the fruit is fresh, add a little water, if you use it frozen, then there is no need for water.
  • When the mixture boils reduce the temperature and cook for about 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, mix the starch flour with the juice from the compote or some darker juice and add to the sauce. And cook with constant stirring for another 2 minutes.
  • In the middle of cooking, add a little red wine or fruit liqueur.
  • If you want you can add 1-2 rows of desired chocolate..in this case I put white Lindth chocolate.
  • preparing and serving the sauce up close

Serving

Serve hot or cold sauce .. :) The total fruit I put was about 350g
