Vinegar with chicken and buckwheat cabbage
The house smells when the dough is baked. Almost all ingredients are ‘roughly’, as desired, to taste, and the amount depends on the desired amount.
Preparation steps
- Mix flour, salt, baking powder and mix. Add egg, butter and cheese and mix by hand until it becomes a combined mass. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for about half an hour. Take it out, roll it out with a small rolling pin in a circle to be bigger than the mold, so that when you put it in the mold, the dough crosses around the edges. Shape a little with your fingers, cut off the protruding tops and pierce the bottom with a fork so that the dough does not rise during baking. Bake for about 20 minutes, the buckwheat flour should be a little longer or until it starts to get colored. In the meantime, fry the onion, roll the chicken in the spice as desired, fry. Cook the greens as desired or just fry them a little with the chicken. Cook the cauliflower a little in hot water together with the beans. Put all the other ingredients together and place in the dough and return to the oven for another 20-30 minutes until you get a yellow color.
