Vinegar in salt, from the microwave

Here I am again with a quick, so-called instant recipe :)! I read it in the newspaper today, eh, so I think it would have died if I hadn't tried it right away :). I can only say that you will not regret it if you try :). Of course, this is not a classic vinegar, but in the absence of time, it is simply the perfect replacement :)!

Preparation steps

  • Whisk the egg and milk in the salt with a fork (maybe coffee salt, but bigger), add salt and pepper to taste. Add cream cheese, or sour cream and small pieces of salami, prosciutto, sunkarica ... whatever you have in the fridge and add finely chopped bread. Sprinkle with spices as desired (thyme, oregano ..) Put in the microwave, e now..by the recipe says 1 minute and 10 seconds, and it took me exactly 2 minutes and 25 seconds. So, pay attention to the power of your microwave, take it out several times and see what the vinegar looks like. You can garnish with mustard, ketchup, sprinkle with grated cheese and return for another 10 seconds ... you can combine everything :)!

Serving

This is a portion for one person..with yogurt, quite a solid portion, although..make more, it will surely be eaten :)!
