"Vine leaves for winter"
And in winter, "sarma made from grape leaves" is eaten:
Preparation steps
- Pick fresh vine leaves.
- Put the leaves in a sickle. Add water to cover the leaves.
- Cook for 5 minutes. Strain and allow to cool.
- Assemble 10 pieces of leaves on top of each other. This way you will know better the number of sheets when using. Roll together.
- Place the rolled leaves in a plastic box. Ice cream packaging is very suitable.
- Do the same with the nX10 sheets and place in a plastic box.
- When you have filled the first row, cover with a nylon freezer bag.
- Compare the second row. Cover again with a nylon bag. And so on until you fill the plastic box.
- Cover the box and place in the freezer.
- When you use the box, take as many rolls as you need. Don't forget that there is an nX10 list. Leave the frozen rolls to thaw on their own and quickly put the rest back in the freezer.
- Wrap the sarma with thawed leaves.
