Viennese wreaths

I got this recipe from my neighbor and I was immediately delighted ..

Preparation steps

  • PROCEDURE: In powdered butter add powdered sugar, cinnamon, cloves, 4 tablespoons milk, 300 g flour and 20 g cocoa. Knead it well to get a thick mixture. Squeeze the wreaths on a sheet covered with paper and bake at 175 degrees for about 15 minutes. Cool down
  • CREAM: In 125 g of soft butter add 35 g of powdered sugar, 1 large egg and 150 g of melted cooled chocolate.
  • Put the cream in a bag, squeeze and fold with another wreath..if you can put powdered sugar on top if you wish
  • if you don't want to make a cream you can put nutella and it's very tasty… .....
