Preparation steps
- Whisk in the butter and sugar, then add the almonds and flour and knead the dough. If it sticks, add a handful or two more flours. Divide the dough into three parts. put them in a baking tray lined with baking paper. Return the rest of the dough to a bowl, do not develop again, you will need it for the filling.
- Roll out the second and third part and cut out the circles. Put it to bake at 180C for about 15 ', until it turns slightly brown. Leave them to cool. Roll out the rest of the dough into one crust and bake, then cool.
- Crush the cooled crust in a bowl, add the other ingredients for the filling and mix well, knead with your hands. Put a full teaspoon of the filling on one circle, then fold in the other.
- For the topping, mix all the ingredients and put on a low heat to combine everything and heat a little, stirring constantly. Dip the top of the biscuits into the topping and leave to set.
