Preparation steps

  • Knead the dough: Mix the yeast and flour, grated lemon zest. Mix the egg yolks and sugar until foamy and the sugar melts. Add the room temperature butter, mix everything together well. Gradually add the mixture of flour and lukewarm milk. rises in a warm place for 1h.
  • Prepare dried fruit .Apricots, dates and almonds chop put in a bowl.Add raisins, candied fruit, all drizzle with a couple of tablespoons of rum.
  • After an hour, add the dried fruit to the dough, mix well and put in a greased and floured mold. Let it rise in the heat for another half an hour (I put it in a bowl with warm water). skewer after 45 min, is it over, if the dough does not stick to the stick, the kugluf is ready.Let it cool in the mold.Turn and decorate as desired.

Serving

You can combine all dried fruits, if someone you don't like, increase the dose of what you like.
