I ate this for the first time in the hospital and surprisingly it was delicious so I searched and searched for the recipe until I found it and here I am now sharing it with you. Simple, fast and finooooooo so enjoy !!!!

Preparation steps

  • dissolve the germ in a little warm milk, add sugar and a little flour and let it rise.
  • Add the other ingredients to the fermented yeast and knead a smooth dough, leave it warm to rise.
  • Roll out the dough 1cm thick and coat with the made margarine and 4 tablespoons of sugar, sprinkle with raisins and carob and wrap like a strudel. Cut the strudel into pieces about 5 cm wide and place them in a set round tray facing upwards. Cover with a rag and let it rise and put in the oven! when half baked, pour over the hot bay and bake until done
  • Bay: boil milk, sugar and vanilla sugar and pour hot over half-baked
