Veronica's cake
Light cake with apple puree, crushed walnuts, lemon zest….
Preparation steps
- Whisk the margarine until foamy, then add the sugar and stir until the sugar has melted
- Add the eggs one by one and combine nicely
- Add chopped walnuts, apple puree, vanilla, lemon zest and mix everything nicely
- Mix the flour with the baking powder and slowly add it and combine everything nicely
- Pour the dough into a deep pan with parchment paper
- Bake at 180 degrees until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean
- Pour the cold over the melted chocolate with a tablespoon of oil
Serving
For serving Cut the cake into longer cubes and sprinkle half of the grated white chocolate, and put the whole walnut shell on the other half…
