Vegetables with corn flour
This is one of the old dishes from our ancient cuisine.
Preparation steps
- Mix corn flour with white, add oil, salt and then add milk to knead a thick mixture. Coat the bottom of the pan with half of the mixture. Then put the filling over the lower crust. Soak it on top. .Bake at 250 degrees.When the vegetables start to grow, take them out of the oven and pour 125g of butter, 1 salt of milk, and one egg over them. Return to the oven and bake until done.
