Preparation steps

  • Grate carrots and potatoes (zucchini) on a grater, clean the pods.Fry the spring onions in olive oil, add the peas, after 2-3 minutes carrots, potatoes (zucchini) and beans. Simmer gently for about 10 minutes.
  • Beat 2 large eggs with 100g of corn flour, a pinch of salt and a little milk. Pour the mixture into an oiled pan and bake for 10 minutes at 120, when it turns brown, take it out and add the prepared vegetables to the base. Pour over the beaten egg with spices as desired (salt, pepper, Mediterranean mixture).
  • The householder’s complaint was the lack of cheese, so in the end, when the egg is lightly browned, add the cheese.
