Vegetable tuna risotto

Preparation steps
- Drain the tuna from the oil, save a little oil.
- Boil the rice and drain.
- Cut the peppers into small cubes, chop the onion and garlic well.
- Peas cook if used frozen or fresh and strain. I used canned.
- Fry onion and garlic briefly in a little oil (tuna), cover with water, add paprika and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add tuna, bay leaf, parsley and all spices, cover with more water. Stir in corn and peas, simmer for another 10 minutes (over low heat). Add cooked rice, stir and serve. Other vegetables can be used. Instead of rice, you can use pasta .... kus kus .... potatoes
