Vegetable soup with knuckles
In the absence of meat, make a fine vegetable soup, with the knuckles so soft that they melt in your mouth.
Preparation steps
- Put all ingredients to boil in water (amount as desired) except onions. When the vegetables are almost cooked, put the onion and cook for another 5 minutes. Then cook the knuckles.
- For the noodles, beat the egg and fat, add the other ingredients and mix well. Let it stand for a while.
- Take out the nails with a spoon and put them in the soup, cook for 10 minutes, remove from the heat and let them stand covered for another 10 minutes. It is now ready to serve.
