Vegetable cakes
Prank kids to eat vegetables too.
Preparation steps
- Boil the cabbage leaves in salted water, cool and cut into noodles. Boil the potatoes and cool and grate. Grate the fresh carrots into longer noodles. Grind the oatmeal in a coffee grinder into flour and add a little baking powder, salt and pepper.
- Mix all the ingredients, add thyme and marjoram. Make small cakes from this mass and fry them on a lightly greased Teflon pan or ceramic for 3 minutes on both sides.
- For us adults yogurt and harissa sauce.
- I get Harissa sauce by blending chili peppers, garlic, olive oil, cumin powder, salt and coriander powder into a fine cream.
